Came here for one night and had a lovely nights sleep. Bed very comfy and room quiet. Everything controlled by room tablet which is very handy. Good location for landmarks and handy for metro stations. Would return again.

It was just ok

I have mixed feeling about the hotel. Loud noise from the street but it was a game night for PSG. The room is pretty small. I was surprised that they did not have all the basic French channels on the TV.

NICE LOW PROFILE HOTEL

Great Hotel low profile hotel with good location and fantastic team. Thank you Camila and your colleagues. Good rates and location in this neighborhood district. You have a mini carrefour at the corner. Simple, modern small hotel. If you travel solo and looking for a clean place to stay is great. Marriott brand hotel with BonVoy points.
Thanks

Bring Your Own Houskeeper

I expected much better from citizenM Paris Opéra.
At check-in, no one informed me that housekeeping must be requested through the room iPad. I eventually discovered this myself and requested service. When I returned to the hotel around 3:20 p.m. after a long day, my room had not been cleaned.
The front desk eventually offered only two options: wait until 5:00 p.m. for housekeeping (meaning I had to leave my room while it was being cleaned) or accept clean towels and no housekeeping. After waiting, the towels didn’t arrive until about 4:30 p.m.
The most disappointing part was the manager’s indifferent attitude. A good hotel isn’t judged by whether problems occur, but by how they’re resolved. Unfortunately, this experience fell well below the level of service I expected.

Very well located, everything is new!

We stayed for 2 nights and are satisfied. No carpets in the rooms, which are small but functional. The only reason 5 stars were not given: the crosswise bed forces one of the sleepers to climb over the other. In complete darkness. Not so simple
