Delightful and clean. Location is fantastic.
Wow what a lovely hotel.the location is trés Bien.Jan Marc (apologies I may have said his name incorrectly) was so wonderful with my son each morning. Making sure he started his day with a smile. Very clean the lobby has activities and seating. I spent time there playing chess and with my son there was colouring available. On the very hot days water and juice was made available free of charge that was very nice. Maybe that can be implemented. Room was small (of course in Paris) but I read a triple room is sometimes available for guests that has a view of Palais Garner. When I stay again I will hope to e given this room it sounds amazing. We'll done to all staff and cleaners. Breakfast is sufficient and staff were helpful when needed. Location is amazing a beautiful restaurant below. My floor (2nd) I believe has larger terraces than the other floor? Ot seemed much more spacious . Will always recommend the hotel great value and 3 happy customers

Great choice for Paris Opera area
Perfect location, easy metro to all the main spots. Small and comfortable with friendly staff. The buffet breakfast is nice when you are trying to get an early start.

Great hotel with friendly staff
We had a great stay! The room had an air conditioner which was super during hot days in Paris. The hotel is located between Louvre and Montmartre, 20 mins walking each. Lots of great restaurants close by.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Excelsior Opera in many ways. Comfortable mattress, great location, AIR CONDITIONING, good breakfast, quiet, good bathroom, fun interior design, friendly helpful staff. My only suggestion is to put towel hooks in the bathroom! Merci beaucoup! Love Paris!!

Great location. Breakfast was well worth the price. No other food options. Great restaurants within walking distance. Disappointing inner courtyard view. As a reminder, no washcloths on European hotels. Staff was super friendly. Would highly recommend.
