Loved this hotel! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect, just one block from the Seine. Would definitely return!

Photos are deceptive

I'll start with the positives. Fabulous location, nice area to stay in and friendly staff.
Overall the hotel has its pros and cons, like any hotel... However, the photos can be a bit misleading as to what you may actually get in your room.
We booked a comfort room and based on every photo on booking.com and the hotel's website, they all showed a nice outdoor view from the windows.
As this was reflected in every photo, you'd assume that's what you would get.
Instead we had a dark and gloomy room with one large window which opened facing more rooms and where pigeons and bins were below.
I reached out to booking.com as I thought perhaps their photos were misleading and wanted to talk to someone at booking.com about this. Instead the next time I went down stairs the receptionist questioned me about reaching out to booking.com and blamed me for not putting and notes in my booking that we would want a room that faced outside (because we thought all rooms would be like this based on the photos...)
Any way, nice enough hotel. Super disappointing room. Rock hard mattress.

Nice 3-star hotel in the heart of the Latin Quarter, less than 5 minutes walk from Notre Dame. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A bit pricey for a 3-start hotel, but it is Paris after all...

Exceptional location and great staff

The hotel was in the perfect location and provided exactly what we needed for our trip. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were very comfortable.

The room was extremely comfortable with bright light yet the black out curtains were very effective. The bathtub was older and a little too high for an older person. There should have been slip proof provisions for those who shower.
All of the staff couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful going out of their way to meet my needs. I definitely hope I have the opportunity to stay there again!
