Me and a friend had a lovely stay here. The staff were kind, said hello in the morning and when we came back in the evening. The rooms were clean and the lobby area was beautiful. The only thing is the food there was exspensive so we didnt eat here. The location was perfect we walked everywhere including the Eiffel tower and the sacre-coeur. Would definitely stay here again.

Not recommend, pay for breakfast don’t get nothing, no hot water in shower, hair dryer not work, mouse trap under bed,

Not recommended!!!!pay big money it’s not worth, pay for breakfast no food, no drink or milk.shower cold water ,dirty,mouse trap under bad, hair dryer not work, no restaurant . Absolutely disappointed with everything.never see like that

The standard of the hotel was not as expected. That goes for the room and the bathrom which both neded an upgrade. The WiFi was no good.

Hotel was in a bad state, room itself was clean however the bathroom had broken tiles/ceiling. carpet was worn out. It is not even worth $200 per night. There was window cleaning going on obstructing the main entrance, totally a work zone. Next morning, while we were sleeping. we see a guy outside our window cleaning, it was just outrageous. All the furniture in lobby is dirty and worn out, so much for a claimed 4 start hotel! If you are booking get 4 star experience book elsewhere. Per US standards it is a 2 to 3 star hotel.

Great hotel! Convenient location. Friendly staff. Let us store our luggage and rest in the lobby until our train was leaving. Would stay at again if in the area.
