Excellent value for money

Very well located, very clean and very comfortable. Very nice room very well equipped. . No noise can be heard. Very warm welcome, , very good breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

Want a good night? Run!

Very noisy room (you can hear particularly the slamming doors at all hours of the night, the neighbors and the street noises.) Nights all the more painful since it is not possible to turn off the heating. On the way back, I passed all my clothes at high temperature because another customer found a bedbug! At the small reception counter, (no lobby), we are responsible for nothing and we return you to the email address of a hypothetical manager who never answered...

In the multiethnic neighborhood of Belleville

I stayed 4 nights in this 3 star hotel. Advantages: quality / price, close to Belleville metro station, sweet and savory self-service breakfast, equipped room, clean and cozy enough for a short stay. Coffee machine and kettle, fridge with bottled water provided daily, hairdryer, towel change and daily cleaning made the stay very comfortable. The only flaw: no elevator.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. Recommended!

A Mother and Daughter stay that we will not forget

We came with my mom and my little sister to spend a few days in Paris.
What a joy it was to meet personalities like Georges and Gérard who were remarkably kind. They took great care, they responded to all our requests with the biggest smiles. You brought a remarkable touch of joy and sweetness to our stay. The service offered and the welcome is second to none.
We would also like to highlight the cleanliness of the premises and the room, returning to our room in the evening everything was carefully tidy and cleaned, and the drinks provided were refilled.
We will definitely come back to visit you on our next trip to Paris.

Very nice surprises

The kindness of Georges and his counterpart is exceptional
The hotel is brand new, fantastic flat screen!
Ultra modern equipment, impeccable cleanliness, coffee maker available in the room!
Very close for the visit of Père Lachaise
