Great hotel in good location

Arrived and check in was smooth! Room spacious, modern and clean. Huge comfy bed!! Me and my daughter were visiting to explore Paris and the location was perfect! We visited lots of sites on foot but the hotel was very conveniently located near the Metro too. Lots of shops, cafes, restaurants not too far from the hotel. Hotel was offering free ice cream and chocolate in the entrance- very tasty. Staff friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

Nice Hotel in Paris

Really great experience at this hotel in Paris. It’s ideally located, close to plenty of shops, restaurants, and public transport, making it a very convenient base for exploring the city.
The rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer a lovely view. The breakfast is a little on the expensive side, but there’s a great selection and the quality is definitely there.
A big shoutout to the reception team for their help and warm welcome, especially Philippine, who was always incredibly helpful, friendly, and smiling!
I’ll definitely be coming back!

Horrible service - would not stay again.

Before the negatives I want to make it clear that the hotel itself was amazing, the bedroom was superb and location was perfect. However, the service was absolutely shocking. When we first got there we was told we had to pay a deposit guarantee of €100 a night, which we was not told when booking or before arriving. This was a massive shock since that is a lot of money which I had to give which meant we couldn't go out for the night since I was being paid literally the night we got there. This situation was handled poorly, the second I said "this was never mentioned" and "would i be able to pay this in the morning since I get paid tonight?" I was spoken down on, as if I was some low life. You could really tell they only know how to deal with the rich of the rich and that was so unfair. The next day we wanted to go to the skybar, we were then told it has a strict dress code, which was also never mentioned. I had a walking boot on as I had fractured my ankle so I could not wear trousers, which the dress code for men was only wearing trousers no shorts. I made it clear I literally could not wear trousers and luckily the first night they let us up. The next two nights however they made poor excuses to not let us up and talking to us like we didn't belong there. The last night we was there we wanted to order some food to our room through the hotel, which they specify on the information tablet in the room that they have 24/7 food which can be ordered to the room day or night. This was immediately a lie as the menu only had around 5 items which were 24/7, the main food was all available from around 5:30am-10:30pm. I called room service to ask for some chips, since it was the only food I wanted from the 24/7 part of the menu and there was no way of ordering from the ipad you had to call. No one answered 3 times in a row, so I left it for around 20 minutes and tried again. This time I got an answer however they told me the stuff on the accessible menu that states that it is available 24/7 was not available. The amount of things at this supposed 4 star hotel that was not stated when booking or was told to us but no true in any way was unbelievable. The service really ruined our stay in Paris and quite frankly really annoyed me for a good few days. I can't believe a 4 star hotel has such terrible service and isn't spoken about enough. Would not stay there again.

Unknown room charge

Decent hotel. Room was fine but a little outdated. Location isn’t the best. I have an unknown charge on my credit card from the hotel. I attempted to contact the hotel a few times but no response. Hopefully they will respond soon.

Amazing stay! Great location with the train station on the same road. Bowling and arcades next door too! Only 10mins by car to the Eiffel Tower. Lovely sky bar which unfortunately we couldnt use with children however the staff were kind enough to show us the view from up there which was amazing. Erica was the lovely lady to show us the sky bar and also gave us a fridge magnet to take home! The hotel was clean, big and very well maintained. Would definitely return! They also had a parking lot but technically not part of their hotel but still convenient. Breakfast was decent, continental choice!
