Stayed 3 nights during the week.
Hotel with many assets to perfectly welcome you:
Large parking with 4 charging stations for EVs
An exceptional setting in a quiet and beautifully appointed that we could enjoy
Huge swimming pool compared to many other hotels
Many single deckchairs or double beds scattered in different quiet spaces
A Welcoming of the employees of this place, from the 1st day to the last day and at any time of the day, of a professionalism and a level well above even luxury hotels.
Congratulations to the manager and his staff for taking such care of the customers we are.
Hotel with reconditioned rooms and still some old but in any case functional and perfectly soundproofed.
Really nothing wrong.

An experience unworthy of a 4 star
This is not my idea of a 4 star hotel and a room at this price.
The photos on booking or on the best western website are very misleading... We were treated to a room that really had nothing to do with what we had seen online when we booked.
Starting with the size of the room, the bedside tables flush with the floor, passing by the bathroom in the room as in a low-end hotel, the mini fridge did not work, the showerhead holder that threatens to come off at any moment, stains on the walls, broken furniture (countertop chair that we wonder what she is doing there...), the flush so hard to push with this schoolyard pusher tap, the air conditioning that no longer worked in the morning, the dust above the furniture, the bedside lamps that hangs without lampshade, in short, there was really nothing wrong.
If we still had a nice view of the inner courtyard... But no, view of the parking lot to make things worse.
We were told that our room was one of the rooms that had not yet been renovated. Maybe it's time to do it! I could see at a later time other uncomplimentary comments about this hotel that say the same thing and have already been for several months.
Breakfast was "OK", nothing really crazy. This is good but far behind other 4 stars visited before.
The pool closes at 7.30pm, it's really early I find then that the sun only sets at 10pm and it's crazy heat at this time. So we didn't have time to enjoy it in the evening after doing what you had planned.
We were offered consummations to compensate for this disappointment that we did not accept because we still hoped that a room would be available or free for an exchange. Finally I would have preferred to be reimbursed in whole or in part...

Nous vous remercions d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre retour, même s’il est clair que votre séjour n’a pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Nous le regrettons sincèrement.
La chambre qui vous a été attribuée fait effectivement partie des chambres non encore rénovées. Cela n’excuse en rien les dysfonctionnements et le manque de confort que vous décrivez, et nous vous présentons nos excuses pour les désagréments rencontrés (équipements défectueux, état général, propreté). Vos remarques ont été transmises aux équipes concernées afin que des actions correctives immédiates soient mises en place.
Concernant la piscine, ses horaires de fermeture sont liés à des contraintes réglementaires et de sécurité, mais nous comprenons parfaitement votre frustration, notamment en période estivale.
Nous regrettons également que la solution proposée sur place n’ait pas répondu à vos attentes. Nous aurions souhaité pouvoir trouver une alternative plus satisfaisante durant votre séjour.
Vos commentaires, y compris sur le petit-déjeuner et le rapport qualité/prix, sont précieux et nous aident à améliorer nos prestations. N’hésitez pas à nous contacter directement afin que nous puissions échanger plus en détail et envisager un geste commercial approprié.

Very good stay
We just stayed at this hotel for a week. Consistent with the description, we had a great room very nicely decorated with a large balcony. Swimming pool, jacuzzi boules court are a plus for this hotel. And considering the future infrastructure it will be great. The staff is friendly, welcoming and very available. Thank you very much for this beautiful week to you all

4 stars with pool in the middle of Provence
Very pleasant 4 star hotel in the heart of Provence, which I visited with a tour group. Large spacious quiet rooms, friendly unobtrusive Service, clean, good breakfast buffet with freshly squeezed orange juice, various coffee specialities from good vending machines, fresh fruit, various cheeses, fresh snack vegetables, various breads, sweet French puff pastry particles, eggs, also bacon, pancakes ... , and last but not least a nice pool area. And of course the evening restaurant with good French cuisine. Delicious.
It should also be emphasized that there are rooms for tall people. Mine was one with a clothes rail at 2m height, bathrobe down to my feet and toilet, on which I could dangle my legs freely. I am under 1.60m tall;) .
If you want a quiet location, I recommend a room to the parking lot, because in summer there is a pool party in the garden behind the hotel almost every weekend. Or join the party...
