Reduced services. Room to refresh

Medium welcome. Group hotel that does not really apply member benefits. We must ask everything: readjustment of the price, reclassification of the room, hospitality drink. Etc... medium room in terms of general floor. Poorly insulated from each other.Door toilet that does not close. The benefits? Location, cleanliness and breakfast. I do not recommend for several days
