A nice evening at the Bistrot
After experiencing the gourmet restaurant, we tried the "Bistrot": pure happiness. It was perfect. Delicious. Well prepared and well presented. And always a smiling welcome.

Very friendly reception, very nice reception. The rooms are beautiful.The bathroom has sink, shower , bath and toilet with all the necessary .Very nice room of finishing.
We were allowed to eat a little something , (lunch) since the restaurant was already closed. Everything equally friendly, no stress and it was tasty too.☺️
In the afternoon you can stay above the resto on the 1st floor.
From the 2 star resto my expectations were higher than expected.
You could choose a la carte or menu .
The food was delicious and brought special, very nice to the eye with lots of tufts, but it was such a hustle and bustle everything had to go exactly very quickly. The plates were nicely chosen.

Hotel great, restaurant Ph3 a disaster on all levels, cuisine and service
We stayed one night at the Pyramide. Regarding the hotel, there are only compliments to be made! Great decor, superb materials, top-notch air conditioning! Where things go wrong is at the Ph3 restaurant, which is the "second restaurant of the hotel, as the gourmet one was closed. Confit pork ribs swimming in a not very appetizing sauce, a bottle of Crémant de Bourgogne totally oxidized at 78 euros!!! Year 2002! I reported it when paying the bill... no reaction when leaving either. Nice! Just a "sorry" 135 euros for two pork ribs and a bad wine is a high price to pay I forgot, we were offered the leftovers from the gourmet restaurant including ONE slice of pâté en croûte! Classy

Nous sommes cependant navrés de constater qu’une partie de votre séjour au sein de notre maison ne se soit pas déroulée comme vous l’auriez souhaitée.
Permettez-nous d’apporter quelques précisions à ce sujet.
Il est important de préciser que l’Espace PH3 est effectivement notre « seconde table » mais plus précisément un bistrot.
La cuisine ainsi que le service qui y est proposé sont volontairement distincts et à dissocier de ceux de notre restaurant gastronomique.
Concernant la bouteille de Crémant, après consultation de nos équipes, il semble que notre sommelier vous ait bien prévenu de son profil oxydatif lié notamment au millésime 2002. Peut-être, il y a-t-il eut mauvaise compréhension entre vous mais vous l’avez néanmoins commandée. Vous auriez du nous en parler tout de suite à table même une fois ouverte, c'est dommage.
Nous comprenons tout à fait votre frustration face à cette expérience.
L'erreur étant humaine, nous espérons avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau afin de vous montrer que cette situation restait une exception.

A long, beautiful history
More than 200 years of history welcoming guests to this hotel that leaves a mark.
We were in Vienne for the jazz festival during a tour of France. The choice of this property was dictated by convenience, combined with tradition, history, and food and wine excellence, and we found everything we expected.
The stay recalls the times and ways of a private residence. Relaxed pace, impeccable hospitality, very pleasant common areas, attention to every smallest detail.
The room is spacious, perfectly organized, very quiet.
The breakfast is truly excellent. Served (not buffet style) with the possibility of enjoying flavors from times past. Preserves, jams, homemade yogurt, a small fruit salad embellished with herbs, perfect pain au chocolat and croissants. Naturally, there is no shortage of savory options, prepared to order.
Obviously, the parking is very convenient, the internal garden perfect.
The wine boutique is a must-see.

Disappointment, where was the sommelier?
The hotel is certainly the most comfortable in Vienne. Unfortunately and inexplicably, there is no pool, which is actually surprising given the quality. The breakfast is highly overpriced, not recommended. The bistro restaurant L'Espace PH3 is worth a visit. The gourmet restaurant, on the other hand, was unfortunately a bitter disappointment. We have already visited many Michelin-starred restaurants in France and were shocked by the poor service here. The anticipation of a good wine was in vain; we were not even offered wine, nor was a wine list shown. After several inquiries, we were finally served small glasses with the first two courses. But then it was already over. After a French wine with dessert, we had to practically beg. The sommelier did not show up either. What a shame, an all-around failed evening that was not cheap either.

Concernant la piscine, c'est un projet qui n'a pour l'instant pas été réalisé notamment dû au fait que nous sommes à Vienne sur un site gallo-romain classé et que tous travaux nécessitant de creuser est compliqué. Cependant c'est un projet qui est dans un coin de notre tête et que nous espérons un jour pouvoir mener à bien !
Pour ce qui est de votre expérience au sein de notre restaurant gastronomique, nous sommes navrés de constater que celle-ci n'a pas collé à vos attentes. Nos clients sont généralement très contents du service et de l'attention portée à chacun par notre équipe de salle. Il se peut qu'il y ait eu un raté et nous nous en excusons. L'erreur est humaine et nous espérons vous revoir au sein de notre maison de famille pour revivre l'expérience et vous prouver que c'était une exception.
