Great holiday
Club - Hotel ,,Amran" is a 100% wonderful holiday for family vacation. I would like to express my gratitude to all hotel staff for creating conditions for a full d rest. First of all, the people cleaning rooms and grounds, the cook and his catering team, spa staff - procedures, administrators.
What are the positive aspects
1. There is a hotel 3 rows of houses from the main street. In the evening, you can only hear the echoes of the music.
2. 150 meters from the beach. An umbrella and 2 deckchairs - 500 rubles. The sea is clean, the beach is clean.
3. The isolation in the rooms is such that all you can hear at any time is your TV or the snot next to someone else. In room towels for personal use +for the beach, tea, tea, sugar, soap, toilet paper, shower gel.
4. Food is masterpiece. Buffet, breakfast - 2 types of porridge, salads, pancakes, omelets, sausages, cheese, sausages, pastries, coffee, tea, champagne. Lunch - 2 kinds of soups, the second in a week never happened again, for all tastes, and steamed and fried, fruit.
Dinner is wine and again a range for every taste.
5. On site swimming pool, sun loungers, shower, changing room, greenery, in a light storm it is a wonderful place to spend time.
6. The playroom is large, the animator is present with the children, but not regularly.
The club-hotel is located in a place where nearby cafes, shops, waterfront, theatre.

If rest, Amran.
A wonderful hotel. Relaxing for the third summer in a row. Come back! The staff is a miracle! It's delicious. Rooms are clean!

100% recommended
They were on vacation with their daughter, aged eight, from April 11 to 24, 2025. The hotel chose on the basis of reviews and of course on the basis of accommodation. We were very pleased! 1st coastline, the sea is literally 2 minutes walk from the hotel. It was very important for me to have a heated swimming pool, as nature is very unpredictable and the weather this year was not very warm. The pool is clean, the temperature of the pool is very comfortable, the staff carefully monitor the cleanliness of the entire area. Since we rested out of season, we had only breakfasts (buffet), to choose from, did not remain hungry, always were dishes of eggs, cheese, porridge, vegetables fresh, salads, desserts, fruit and champagne. Room was cleaned every day, bed linen changed every three days. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There's a playroom for the kids, so while I was at the massage, my daughter went there and didn't miss the one and a half hours I was away every day. I was booking myself a massage, Master Lorena, very good! I really want to mention administrator Natalia, she is 100% professional!!! A very sympathetic, benevolent girl, all she had was positive memories from her interactions. Always going to a meeting on any issues. Waiting for her shift was always looking forward to just chatting. Natalia Always with a smile, a good mood, on the positive, will prompt, will tell, just super Human! My daughter was leaving with tears in her eyes at having to leave. In general, only positive emotions remained after the holiday at the Amran Hotel. Cozy, clean as home! The staff is very skilled. Way to go! Well done to you all! Thank you for making our holidays better! We'll definitely be there!

Best hotel in Gagra
It's not the first time I've come to Amran. Everything is great and rooms and food and location and service.
But most impressive of all is the spa.
I want to express my great gratitude to the beautician Diana for her professional work! I'm thrilled with the results of my procedures at this beautician's! She showed skill and professionalism to help my skin look so healthy and young that I felt 10 years younger. Thank you so much for such amazing work!
