Pleasant stay

Unbeatable location. Spacious and clean room. Great terrace with beautiful views.
Air conditioning and refrigerator worked well. Friendly staff. At a good price. Worth repeating

Good Location, But Poor Customer Care

The hotel has a good location and is clean, but the mattress quality was disappointing and we did not have a comfortable sleep.
The main issue was after our 4-night stay. After check-out, we found out that our flight was delayed for 9 hours, so we returned to the hotel and asked for a room for only 5 hours before going to the airport. Although a room was available, the price offered by the reception was higher than the online rate for the same room. We explained our situation and kindly asked for a reasonable discount, but the staff showed no flexibility or understanding.
For travelers who are far from home and facing unexpected problems, a little support from the hotel can make a big difference. Unfortunately, this lack of flexibility and customer care was very disappointing.

Overbooking

This hotel is sinning with a case like overbooking. Arriving late in the evening a young man named Goga said that our reservation is not available and the only solution to our problem is to go left, then right, then up ,there will be a hotel and book a room for the duration of your stay in Tbilisi at your own expense. Then we had a wonderful girl manager talking to us, who offered us a room that was lower than we had originally booked.
Only the administrators of the website through which we booked this hotel solved the problem and offered a good alternative.
In terms of location, the KMM Hotel is of course in a picturesque location, near the Avlabari Metro. But ,when the resale happens, don't tell the guests that it's your mistake that you arrived late.And at least show sympathy, not stand and laugh in the face!

Great for a price

Overall a really nice hotel for the money. Location is perfect metro is only 5 minute walk, a lot of souvenir shops and restaurants around, staff is friendly and attentive rooms are okay not great but okay. Like other people mentioned there’s issues with AC and water, rooms are very hot and humid when you’re coming from the street. As well as water being cold for 5-20 minutes especially in the morning once it took me 35 minutes to get to hot water but overall a very pleasant experience and breakfast is tasty and view is great at the buffet upstairs

Amazing Stay with Exceptional Staff

We stayed at KMM Hotel for four nights and had a great experience. The location is excellent — very close to Tbilisi’s main tourist attractions, and you can easily walk to most places.
The breakfast had good quality and variety, with several items changing daily, which kept it enjoyable and satisfying. There is also a fantastic terrace in Book B, where breakfast is served, offering an amazing panoramic view of many of the city’s landmarks.
The hotel’s cleanliness was very good. But the best part of our stay was the staff. They were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They guided us throughout our trip and solved any issues we had. One of the staff members, Luka, was especially helpful, and we are truly grateful for his support.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
