Very good stay.
Very warm welcome, however not all the receptionists spoke English so sometimes communication was complicated.
When we arrived, the receptionist (who seemed to me to be the manager) explained how things worked, gave us maps of the metro and the city as well as a bottle of water.
Very pleasant room despite a small problem with water drainage in the toilets and a small bathroom.
Very nice and clean bedding, two pillows provided as well as towels, bathrobes, soap, toothbrush and disposable slippers. Very complete to feel welcome.
Friendly and decent breakfast for the price (7 euros per person). There was what was needed except perhaps scrambled eggs but that's just a detail.
Parking available and free.
The location is suitable because the metro is a 5-minute walk away.
I could recommend this hotel without the slightest hesitation. The only problem for me was the language barrier at times, especially since the writings are not identical, but with Google trad I managed to get by.

Insufficient
The cleanliness is average, the rooms are dark and with problems, the mattresses are unacceptable, you lie down and sink the whole bathroom unacceptable without ventilation with broken tiles and dirty its door does not close and smells because it is not ventilated the absurd is that it has a window and they have sealed it
And the breakfast is very simple and unrefined
It's a shame that they have abandoned it because it is in a good area and with parking.

Good access from the airport. A good base
The room was ok, clean, modest, tidy. Unfortunately it was cold in January. The air conditioning heating didn't work.
Room 205 you can see the acropolis from a distance.
Breakfast - nothing special. Rather miserable. Coffee undrinkable.
Looking for a hotel for just one night away from the airport, it met my expectations. For a longer period of time, I suggest looking for something else.
