Pleasant stay

I spent 4 nights at this property during my holiday in Zakynthos and 'was a wonderful experience.
The studio was large and equipped with private bathroom, air conditioner, refrigerator and kitchenette and the cleaning and 'was carried out daily optimally.
Also present the balcony with possibility 'to hang clothes.
The only things that would need to be improved are the shower which only had a slightly old curtain that could not completely contain the water and the soundproofing of the room as sometimes at night you could hear loud people talking and laughing from the other rooms.
The studios have ample parking and there is also the possibility to use the swimming pool in the structure within walking distance where the reception is located.
The owner and staff are very kind and attentive to the needs of customers; they even made us leave our luggage as we had arrived well before check-in time.
Would definitely stay there for the great value 'for money

Another level of hospitality

These apartments are so quaint and in the perfect location! A few minutes walk from the sea and just a few metres from the main strip. Theodora and her granddaughters were so welcoming and accommodating, not just letting us leave our suitcases after check out but actually letting us back into the room to shower and change before the flight. She taught us some Greek phrases and we really felt looked after by a sweet Greek grandma <3 I feel like this accommodation isn’t as advertised as her hosting style is just good old fashioned caring, you’re so lucky to find this absolute gem, I can’t recommend enough!

Έχουμε επισκεφτεί αρκετες φορες το Κατάλυμα και πραγματικά ήταν Απίστευτα όλες τις φορές που έχουμε πάει...
Πολύ Άνετο το Δωμάτιο και καθαρό!! Σαν το σπίτι σου που λέμε και το κυριότερο καθαριότητα καθημερινή… υπάρχει διαθεσιμότητα σε ότι χρειάζεσαι…Η τοποθεσία παρά πολύ καλή μέσα σε όλα..
Ο Οικοδεσπότης εξίσου εξαιρετικός, ευγενικός και θετικός να μας βοηθήσει σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε…Συγχαρητήρια σε όλη την Ομάδα του καταλύματος !!!! ✌
Εάν υπήρχαν και αλλά αστέρια θα έβαζα και αλλά σίγουρα θα σας ξανα επισκεφτούμε.

5 stelle meritatissime

Abbiamo alloggiato qui ad agosto e devo dire che ci siamo trovati benissimo.
Partendo dall’arrivo in aeroporto, dove ci eravamo accordati con il proprietario per avere una macchina privata per arrivare all’alloggio per 20€, ma ha tardato un pochino, e il proprietario senza sentire ragione ha voluto pagare lui il trasporto. La camera era grande, con due stanze separate e due bagni (anche se noi eravamo solo in 2). Pulizia ottima, la camera veniva pulita tutti i giorni e le asciugamani cambiate ogni due giorni! Il posto è Situato vicino al centro,.raggiungibile a piedi.
Che dire, un grazie infinito per la meravigliosa accoglienza e speriamo di rivederci presto!

Ottima struttura, padrone di casa disponibile e gentile! Consigliatissimo!

Abbiamo soggiornato al Theodora Studio per 2 settimane tra la fine di Giugno e l'inizio di Luglio di quest'anno. Avevamo un appartamento al piano terra, comodissimo da raggiungere anche quando avevamo la spesa da portare in casa. L'appartamento era grazioso, per due persone lo spazio era più che sufficiente anche perché abbiamo sfuttato molto l'ampio balcone, sia per mangiare che per stendere i panni. L'angolo cottura era piccolo ma funzionale, in dotazione ci sono anche un bollitore e un tostapane, oltre che a posate, piatti e pentole. Al nostro arrivo c'erano una spugnetta e del detersivo per lavare i piatti nuovi di pacca. Dennis, gentilissimo e disponibilissimo, padrone di casa fornisce lenzuola, asciugamani e carta igienica. Le pulizie venivano fatte giornalmente e il cambio biancheria era a giorni alterni. Il Theodora Studio dispone anche di un parcheggio privato proprio davanti alla struttura. Qui non ci troviamo in centro ma in una zona tranquilla dove non mancano però ristoranti e mini market. Consiglio questa struttura perché grazie a Dennis e alla sua grande disponibilità nell'accontentare ogni richiesta abbiamo passato una bellissima vacanza, sicuri di avere un appoggio in qualsiasi ambito!
