News team, news direction, bad news

We were hoping for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.
The French-speaking entertainers left just after our arrival. For several days, there were no activities and no schedule posted. When a program was finally shared, the first day was… a day off. Something we’ve never seen on vacation.
That same day, a private religious event was held at the hotel. Without any prior notice, we were asked to leave the restaurant early, with food and chairs being removed before the usual closing time. The hotel turned into a parking lot, with cars in pedestrian areas, and no communication from management.
The all-inclusive offer also needs improvement: food and drinks are average at best. Excursions sold at the hotel are just resold versions of what you can find outside, with extra charges.
A shame, really, because there’s potential: the former entertainer was great, the bartender very friendly, and one staff member kindly helped us find two chairs to eat. Sadly, those few positive moments were not enough to make up for the overall lack of organization and communication

Good hotel for adults

Clean and neat, friendly staff. Central location. Quiet atmosphere. Transparent and spacious dining room. Good breakfast.

Make the beds yourself

We had to divert to Saint Constantine by overbooking the hotel we had booked. To compensate us a bit they would indicate that they would give us a nice room. On arrival it was said you have a suite! Well...okay, the room was reasonable, but the balcony was cramped. I don't have a good word for the bathroom. Shower on a 50x50 shower platform and a shower curtain over the entire width. As a result, a lot of water came next to the plateau and the entire floor became soaking wet. The advantage was that the shower head worked well. Biggest annoyance was that we had to make our own bed 3 times that week. Sheets and blankets were folded on the foot. Bottom sheet was replaced. Well, 1 x she may have forgotten....2nd x the cleaning lady addressed and she apparently could not speak English. The 3rd time we went to the reception and they agreed with us that that was not usual, she noted it. We're in a hotel, I can make beds at home! Next day we went home so we walk down the hall with our bags and we meet the cleaning lady...ooh you're going home? So she suddenly knew English. This holiday in this hotel was very disappointing.

Hotel 3* very good Price quality ratio

Many reviews that mention another Hotel of the same name in Crete. (Even the Welcoming Photo does not match)
This one in Kos city is 3*
Rooms are very clean, with balcony and air conditioning
A little small.
nearby beaches, city center, (less than 10 minutes walk) restaurants and bars shops nearby.
Rent car, bike, agency street trip.
Small nice pool
Listening staff
Very good breakfast
Ideal for combining visit and relaxation
Price quality ratio this hotel is very good.
If you are looking for an all inclusive club hotel with entertainment this is not the place to book
