Great family and service

Fabulous service. Yannis and family are fantastic. We will be back we love visiting and the friendly company. 100% recommend.

Tale of two half's

WE have holidayed in Tsilivi for many years , the Ragias Studios is a story for 2 halfs.
Good
The rooms we stayed in were of a good standard for Greece . The cost included Tv, safe , air con , water etc in fridge . The cleaners kept the rooms spotlessly clean and regularly changed the bedding and towels . The Location is close to the beach and the main strip / water park etc .
Bad
There is no easy way to say this but expect to hear family members both senior and junior arguing and shouting full belt at each other at all times of the day with no thought of the business image they project and exposing their customers to ? .
I would strongly question the wisdom behind having the 12 year old daughter working behind the bar and running the restaurant . The young girl is rude to guests and customers a like.
The swimming pool area, bar , restaurant areas are basic and need updating and properly staffed.
We voted with our feet and ate elsewhere in the local area and used other close by pools which were friendly , better maintained and more welcoming to customers and guest.
The Acid test would we recommend the Ragias studios - NO would we stay at the Ragias Studios again - NO

A great holiday in a great little traditional Studios.

What a lovely little hotel/apartments.
The place is family run, the food and drink at the Apartments are very reasonably priced, the food from the Breakfasts to the Dinners are lovely, you get loads of variety in the Menu, traditional Greek food to die for.
The Apartments are clean and tidy, the grounds are well kept and the Pool is big enough for the amount of Apartments, the family who own it are very nice and all muck in to make your stay a good one. We are in Room 3 overlooking the pool area.

Pleasant apartment

Nice apartment on the ground floor overlooking the swimming pool. Simple furnishings. At the entrance there is a small kitchenette, on the right the bathroom with new sanitary ware and shower cubicle, which I noticed is not very common in Zakynthos. Room with double bed and single bed which we used to place our suitcases. Terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Equipped with air conditioning, it was a little noisy at night, but with the French window open it was fine even without it. Perfect location, just 100 meters from the main street, but just enough to not hear the traffic and nightlife. It is located a few minutes walk from Tsilivi beach. The center of Tsilivi, among all the visa centers, is the one I preferred, and I also found it convenient for reaching the other beaches. There is also an internal park for cars, scooters or quads. We were very satisfied.

Hope to come next year

Rooms are clean, food is delicious and taste, lunch and dinner especislly. Owners are open and friendly.
You can enjoy whole day if you want near pool.
Location of Ragia studios is perfect...close to beach, close to supermarkets and main evening street with lots of other restaurants an mini shops, bars, others tavernas....I belive I will be beck next year
