A loving feel-good insider tip

Insider tip!
Ultra nicely located; super friendly owners.
Every 2 days we clean boring, make beds etc.
Parking directly at the apartment!
Right in front of the house a terrace with sea views.
To the beach about 3 minutes.
A dream; rarely taken so relaxed holiday!

Experience to relive why not...

Thanks to Mrs. Maria for her welcome. We appreciated the attention. The location of the structure allowed us to experience this beautiful island in contact with nature. Not only beautiful sea but also mountains to explore and archaeological sites to visit. Experience to relive!

Great view great hostel

Great hospitality, great view. If you''re not looking for much comfort, there''s all the apparatus needed in a home. Maria is super helpful, every day the rooms are cleaned and the view is amazing. If there are kids without a car, it can be difficult because there''s a steep cenote. 5 min to the most beautiful coves other than that.

A Serene Place to Base Your Vacations in Samos

Beautifully appointed in the Kokkari area, but away from the touristic buzz, this well-kept family property boasts a magnificent view of the Aegean Sea, through fifteen or so studio units that are spacious, fully equipped, fully Air-Conditioned, sparkling clean, run by courteous owners, and a short walk or an even shorter drive from a multitude of fantastic beaches!

Quiet, simple, clean, not expensive

Apartments are nice, with simple but almost new fornitures, the only exception are the matresses that are not so comfortable! Gregory Studios are situated about 500/700 metres from Kokkari, at the top of an hill, in front of Lemonakia beach. The place is very quiet. You may reach Kokkary on foot, but it's better to have a car or a motorbike, because the climb to reach the house is hard.
The owner is very kind and cleans the apartments every day. Towel and blanket are changed every 3 days.
