The hotel was fabulous, the staff were great and very accommodating. The breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. I have stayed at the hotel on previous occasions and have never been disappointed. The location was fabulous very close to the ruin bars. I had a minor problem with the room but 5his was quickly resolved by the lovely reception staff.

Mmmm advertised well but room was tired, house keeping left a pizza box in the room for 2 days and didn’t replace milk and sugar.
Front desk staff were great. Overall it was ok but only just.

Congratulations

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I had reserved three rooms, and when I found that my room lacked natural light, the staff quickly arranged a move to a better room without any hesitation.
Small details like this make a huge difference and are the reason why I would happily recommend this hotel to others. A special thank you to Benedek and the entire reception team for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help.
The hotel may be classified as a four-star hotel, but the level of customer service is definitely five-star.

Great location with classic charm

Great location close walking distance to the Danube and surrounding sights but far enough away to avoid the crowds. Deluxe room 236 was comfortable but be aware the shower stall is very small. Overall this hotel is very good value with a lovely setting and architecture. Restaurant is very good with great food but if that is not your scene there are wine bars and an excellent pizza restaurant on the opposite corner.

Great location, very helpful staff, clean and comfortable. Room temperature was well maintained. Noise level at night was almost zero even though we were on the second floor. I would highly recommend this hotel.
