nice staff, clean room, good price

The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. They were smiling a lot and made for us some breakfast because next morning we left the hotel too early. Highly recommendation. Good price and clean room.

I did not expect I got or I did not get I expect

This pansio looks nice, looks new, looks clean, so would be able to get better performance and score but would need to clean the room deeply and change the arrogant, disgusting owner or keep him very far away from guest.
Unfortunately no receptionist all the time and they refer to a pandemic but where is the Pandemic?
The bathroom has an interesting smell, the tap and the shower hose is very used, the ventilation on the ceiling is dirty so it is dangerous. There are spider web on the TV, in the corners, around the clima, so I think they clean after check out but only in the middle of the room and that's all. The heating is with AC what I hope after this experience it was clean but I am not sure. Have to pay the car park, but if the arrogant owner decides not to park there, you can't park there either deapite if you pay or have lots of spaces. There is no breakfast or any help, I did not meet cleaning or other staff so i do not know their kindness. I stayed there earlier already, but I am sure never more. Good to sleep but do not wait warm welcome especially if you do not know your arrival time perfectly exact.

Terrible ownership

We booked a room for the night about 3months in advance. When we showed up around 11pm there was an old man on site. He said there was no booking under our name and that we were the 3rd couple he had to turn away as the owner double books rooms all the time.
Someone should really do something about it as it is just ridiculous.

Horrible

Just uses this hotel because of the price and the location near the airport. I came late and depart early. But it was horrible. Shower didnt work, i heard my neighbor snorring, nobody spoke english. Although i came before 2000 there was no diner. Although its cheap and have a good location.. dont go

Bad business practice on cancellation policy

I booked this reservation for my parents. After I booked it, they realized they had made a mistake on the date. The reservation was booked within 48 hours from the arrival date. I tried to cancel in in less than an hour from the time booked it. While I understand there was a non-refundable cancellation policy of three days, it is at the discretion of the property to make exceptions. My request was denied. I agree that there should be strict cancellation policies when the hotel is holding a room for you, has opportunities to resell, and cannot resell because of your hold. However, booking and cancelling in less than an hour is simply not good business practice.
