Worst experience
I have stayed in many hotels, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. To start, the rooms are incredibly small and cramped. Basic amenities were non-existent; the room phone didn't work, and the lights were broken. To make matters worse, the elevator was malfunctioning, which is a safety concern and a massive inconvenience.
The service was a joke. The staff was extremely unprofessional and seemed completely indifferent to the issues. Since the room phone was dead, I had to call the booking number just to request a water bottle. Instead of helping, they were "calling to manage"—it was completely disorganized. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes just for a single bottle of water. Save your money and stay somewhere else. Do not come here.
