We had a wonderful experience with Luxury Divyam Resort Barkot Yamunotri. services are outstanding staff is good and rooms with great view.

Average Experience at Divyam Resort

The rooms and washrooms were clean and well-maintained, and the location was quite good. I checked in around midnight, and I really appreciate that the staff arranged a late-night pick-up and even cooked Maggi for us at that hour — that was thoughtful.
However, there were a few downsides. The food quality was not up to the mark. There were insects in the tea, which was quite disappointing. In the morning, I had to walk to the restaurant to place a breakfast order since there was no landline in the room. When the food was served, it came in a very unprofessional manner — a grilled sandwich on a serving tray and a paratha rolled in foil, with no plates or cutlery provided ( attaching pictures).
I raised this concern with the property manager, but unfortunately, I never received any response.
Overall, while the stay and hospitality were decent, the food service needs serious improvement.

Worst experience | Pathetic upkeep of the property

Please don't book this resort ever again. I had booked two rooms for my parents and relatives. They charged us 40k for 2 night stay for 2 rooms. There was no water in toilet, no hot water in bathroom. Parents complained multiple times about it, but nobody took action. After arguing with manager about it, at first he told there is no water in water tank. About hot water he said there is tap issue which can be fixed only by plumber. This experience was not limited to only us. Other people at this hotel had similar problem as us. I really don't recommend this property to anyone for their elders.

Awesome resort, friendly staff and delicious food

This is a beautiful resort tucked in the mountains and near the river. It so peaceful and serene location. Very well kept and safe property with ample parking.
The rooms were spacious, neat and clean. Beds and linens were comfortable. We got good sleep and rested well before our trip forward.
The staff was friendly and respectful. They have great customer skill and took care of any change requests with food or room.
It was such an awesome experience staying at this beautiful resort. I highly recommend this resort to other travelers and vacationers.

Excellent stopover at Divyam Resort on way to yamnotri!

Resort is located in a beautiful location. Very tranquil place. The food is so good feels like eating home cooked food. The manager is very friendly n helpful. Staff is also very good. Our stay was very relaxing and comfortable.
