Best Budget Stay Near Colva Beach

The hotel is older, but considering the price, it is one of the best options in this area.
The staff is helpful and cooperative, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. One big advantage is the walking distance to Colva Beach, which makes it very convenient. There are many food options nearby, including restaurants and local eateries.
Overall, my experience was good and comfortable. A good stay for budget travelers looking for a convenient location near the beach.

BEWARE - DISGUSTING & FILTHY SHOULD NOT EXIST

Please beware that the picture advertised by the hotel are not a true reflection of this hotel. As soon as you to enter the reception areas you are met by the most horrific smell/stench of raw sewage. The rooms are disgusting; mouldy walls, excrements and dirt on the floors, there was dirty (brown) water coming from the taps, the toilet seat was broken, there was no shower in the room, no drainage system in place so when you turn on the tap water from the sink flows into the actual room and onto an open sewer hole where we spotted a rat popping out of the sewer etc. the picture speak for themselves. I took videos too. PLEASE DO NOT RISK IT!!!

Calls are not picking by hotel staff. another number given are not in use or discontinued. Big Question on IXIGO service. Are they checking such hotels ??? what is their control ??
