Great location, staffs and value for money hotel

I visited Haridwar with my family first time this winter, had advance booked Hotel King online. Overall I have a positive feedback for our stay. I felt Hotel King is a perfect place to stay for a short trip with good budget. It was very much walkable to bus and railway station. Also near to Har Ki Pauri Ghat. Plenty of eating options once you come out of hotel. Hotel management was very cooperative for any help needed. Room was neat and clean. I often prefer to stay up floors, so we stayed at 3rd floor, there was no lift, but we never felt that a challenge as we didn't want to go up/down often.

Bad. This hotel is not ment for families.

Location is near the Shiv Murti chowk close to railway station. However, the hotel is unhygienic and most of the amenities does not work. The TV does not work. There is not water sprinkler in toiler. No soap, No paper roll, No lift. Bed is torne, whole property is unclean. Above all this, the Manager Anshram is full of attitude, just because rooms are in demand. This guy allots rooms on top floors for booking through outside site and keeps low floor rooms for walkin customers to charge more even after request for allotment due to 4 female accompanies and heavy luggage with me. He says will you hang me if I do not allot rooms as per your convenience. Such people were in their senses during the Covid period. Such attitude does not last long.

Ghatiya

Guys in simple word yeh hotel bhut ghatiya hai koi bhi mat jana ..maine booking kiya tha Air conditioner dekh kar ..but mila nahi extra paisa dena para ..ussme bhi dhang se AC chala nahi ..room mein cockroch ke bacche ghum rahe the ..room mein ek din bhi safai karne koi nahi aaya ..aur inka kehna hai ki maintainence hai room mein ..washroom itna ganda hai ki pucho mat ..room mein TV hai but chalta nahi ..gyser hai but koi kaam ka nahi ..bed sheet itna ganda ki majburan ussme sona para ..room smell so dirty ..sirf sone ke liye maine isse paise diye the ..but koi service nahi tha ..ek single service nahi mila ...i am not recommend this hotel ..hotel nahi lodge hai yeh ...isse saaf aur better service toh free of cost dharamshala hota hai ..paise dene ke baad bhi service naa mile toh ..FOC hee better hai ..discustting hotel ...

Worst experience. Not recommended for family stay. Everything is poor condition, I have booked the hotel king through booking.com . I want to share the experience, nobody was ready to go the hotel.room is very small like a wash room. it was clearly mentioned in the website that they will not take any advance, when you will reach the hotel then pay the advance, but after booking a call will come to you for advance payment, if you Will not pay the advance your booking will not be confirmed.

Worst experience

Charges were too high. AC was switched off at midnight. parking facility was not available inside the hotel as told at the time of booking. no proper water supply in the morning .TV was not working properly. I booked room at 2 floor bcoz of my mother but they gave at 3 floor. Worst experience. Not recommended for family stay.
