Best part Roof-top swiming-pool and resturant
But when we reach the reception of the hotel, other receptionists show us the rooms, but the rooms we book are different, and after 30 minutes of talking on the phone with the person who booked our rooms, they agreed to provide the rooms.
Rooms are clear and the hotel is clean; rooms have amenities such as a mini fridge and a kettle for tea/coffee; and rooms have windows with a view of the road.
Washrooms are also clean and good, but the central hotel water system is not working properly , and hotel water does not come even after so many requests.
Hotel plus point: you got the roof-top swimming pool, a roof top restaurant with a great sitting area, and that was the best part of the hotel.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay at a hotel in a budget-friendly

Hotel Broadway inn Jaipur - worst experience ever
Reception:
> The person at the reception (if i remember the name correctly, Mr Dalveer) was very rude and unwelcoming. Very unsupportive and unprofessional behavior at the reception, never saw such pathetic reception in my entire life.
House Keeping
> We had to wait until 2 pm to get the rooms for check in, we reached around 12:30. Even though i request for early checkin 2 days before.
> You call either reception or house keeping for anything and they keep on pushing things on each other and you wont get your requested item ( even a brush or toothpaste) for couple of hours. Which hot does that??
> Bad restaurant service. I called up reception before the booking and they told too many items in the breakfast buffet but actually they had only 2 and that too pathetic.
Even the service was extremely slow like who takes 45 mins just to bring pranthas.
Overall I would encourage everyone Not to go with the price, hotel industry runs with hospitality and this hotel lacks extremely in that!
Please spend couple of bucks more and go somewhere else!!
