Convenient location, beautiful view from the roof.

I chose this hotel because of the opportunity to see the famous Hindu temple towers in Madurai. I was not disappointed in this. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the temple. But I was disappointed by the unfriendly staff both at the reception and in the corridors.

Worst hotel in the area, BEWARE: they are scammer.

Worst Hotel in the area. It is not 3 star, but just like a regular lodge. They deliberately canceled my booking, and gave me room with extra cost of 600 Rs. It was late in the night and I was with family, so they took the advantage. Also the room was dirty and bathroom was worst then a 3rd class lodge(see picture).
Also there is No Temple view, there are lots of building in between hotel and Temple. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Miserable Hospitality

My purpose of stay was to catch the next day Train. I checked in at 2.00pm on 16/02/2025 in Room No 311. Paid on demand even before Checked in the Rent Rs. 2688/- upfront. Since I scheduled to Vacate by 7pm next day, I paid 1250/- for late check out.
Miserable stay experience.
Near to Madurai Railway Station. Day Time Manager has guided us for Nearby Restaurant and Place of visit etc., Night Time Manager was Guest Centric.
Day time Manager who was NOT Guest Friendly. He declined to furnish the Bill for the payment of stay. Strongly suspect GST evasion for 2688/- + 1250/- for the Late Check out. He declined to provide Bottled Water but directed us to draw water from RO plant.

Avoid staying here

I had done a booking through booking.com but i had messed up the dates. This way i ended up paying extra for two rooms instead of one quadruple room. For starters that area near Meenakshi Temple is heavily congested so try avoiding it. The Hotel owned and managed by some old terrible people. The guy at the reception was shouting at his employees right in front of us. Every call he was banging the phone back right in front of us. The rooms weren't that great either. one of the rooms the TV wasn't working as well. overall very poor stay. I will not recommend this place to anyone. The Temple view they offers is not available as there is a big phone pole which obstruct the view.

A ÉVITER !

Ne répond pas aux messages envoyés plusieurs jours avant. Je demandais pour qu’on organise un massage et pour rester davantage. Accueil glacial. J’ai demandé pour rester jusqu’à 18h au lieu de 13 h et il fallait que je paye une nuit complète, aucun autre hôtel ne fonctionne de la sorte, je payais à l’heure à chaque fois que je l’ai demandé. On m’a pris de haut, on m’a de suite demandé le paiement, point final. Les sanitaires n’étaient franchement pas au top.
