Come to Mumbai
The hotel is very well located, next to the Gate of India and where the boats take to Elephant Island. Also outside the hustle and bustle of the city.
They treated us very well.
Breakfast included too!

Waste of Money ! Pathetic
Absolute old interiors ! The A/c in my room wasn’t working and in the midnight I had to change my room !
Except the location nothing works for this hotel !
The breakfast is modest and needs to be preordered !

Location of Hotel was Good, Rooms & Furniture was average
1. Location was great as this nearby Gateway of India in Colaba
2. Room & Kitchen Service was average.
3. There is one Cafe on the Rooftop called Bayview Cafe which is good to chill in the evening with a view of Ocean.
4. Rooms & Bed was not that good as this is heritage property, there was crack & Moisture all over the walls.
5. They have only 3-4 items in the breakfast which can be annoying for someone who don’t like heavy food in breakfast.
These were some details about the property, I hope this review will help the travelers to know about the hotel before book . According to me , our stay was good because we just need a good location for our stay.

Poor value
Although I had booked a Deluxe Room, which was supposedly refurbished, it had an old, decrepit feel, with a cracked wash basin, a safety box which didn't work, a chair with a loose arm and wifi that kept cutting out. The bed was comfy enough, with clean sheets and towels, but the pillows were poor. Although the Ac was noisy it worked well. The shower was good and hot water available.
The complimentary breakfast was poor, comprising just an omelette and 2 slices of hard toast with butter and jam. No decent coffee, juice or fruits. The Indian option may have been better.
For the price paid (over 6,000 INR per night) this was poor value, and unless the rooms and breakfast are improved, cannot be recommended.

Basic & cheap but good location.
Noisy aircon. Rickety useless fridge. Dangerous electrics.
Great but noisy location on seafront with view.
Ok WiFi.
Firm Comfortable bed. Cotton sheets. Enough towels. Hot water.
Overall basic but functional. Probably good value for the location.
But maybe worth spending more on overall better quality experience.
Has great potential to become a quality boutique hotel.
