Very nice hotel. Hot water is so good 24/7. Staff is very professional and friendly and courteous. Room is very spacious & bed was very cozy. We liked this hotel very much.

Great stay

What a lovely room. Really modern. Comfortable bed and lovely bedding. Very clean and roomy. Good Wi-Fi. Lovely bathroom. Warm water available. Good restaurant nearby. Only problem is no a/c available otherwise we would of extended our stay. Location is great

Noisy and the internet didn’t work blanket was dirty.
It was recently painted and fixed up.

The Worst hotel I have ever stayed in

The staff is rude and not cooperative. The rooms are good but the room service is very poor. Hot water supply is not sure daily. Even for drinking water, you have to wait for half an hour. Room cleaning is not done properly and regularly. After asking for frequently, you will get a soap, shampoo and towel. I did not get hot water to bathe.

Decent hotel for quick stop over

Rooms were given on 24hrs booking. Walking distance from the bus stand.
Only rooms, no restaurant available. A small restaurant available below the lodge for snacks and breakfast.
The rooms are clean and
big enough.
Linen was clean. The windows were dirty and filthy, dare even touch the curtains or windows.
Washrooms
were clean. Fresh and clean towels were provided. Soap and shampoo was supplied in the room.
Staff was polite.
Has many restaurants at walkable distance. Located Close to mysore palace.
