Enjoyable stay with family .

We are four people in the family, who visited Mysore on 23rd of January and stayed till 27th. We chose Vyshak Inn and during our four days stay, we felt comfortable and at ease in the new place. The room service was very good. We are grateful for that because we were in need of warm water to drink from time to time due to sore throat and whenever we dialed customer service, each time we were offered whatever we needed. The food of their restaurant was okay. They also offered travel services to nearby sight seeing and hill stations like Coorg and Ooti. The location of the Inn is good because whenever we needed some goods we could just visit the market or malls nearby and get it as soon as possible. Overall, our stay at Vyshak Inn was comfortable.

Worst experience

I visited with my colleagues for a day stay.The worst hotel and not worth a penny. Not suitable for family or any other stay. The hotel people are quite rude and highly irresponsible towards their guest.
Cleanliness can be marked less than one star in minus ratings. Toilets r very poorly maintained. Don't ever get trapped with the picture they had posted. The hotel is in pathetic condition and need to be closed

Only housekeeping staff is good rest all are not customer friendly||Hotel not goos

we switched three rooms to get ac, TV working and cleanliness of linen and bathroom.
Behaviour of hotel staff is not professional and friendly.
Rooms were stinking had to request for room freshener.
Had to argue to switch on the power backup, they do not switch on power backup if no Electricity.
Had breakfast and dinner included in package, this hotel issues token of certain amount/Person which suffice for breakfast but for dinner you can only buy a dish from that amount and have to shell extra money for dinner.
Only idly, dosa and puri are available for breakfast no bread toast, fresh fruit etc.
Dinner choices are more pathetic you have to order ala carte and will end up spending twice/thrice of token issued amount. most of the Thali of menu are not available.
Room service is not prompt

A good stay

sheets and bathroom are clean and neat. They also have a restaurant in hotel. the hotel is in the heart of the city and accessible to all the part of the city. they have a travel desk as well. The service might vary.

Good stay

This hotel is very near to Mysore Palace . Room, bed sheets and bathroom are clean and neat. They also have a restaurant in hotel so no need to going out for food . Staff and service is good overall experience was good.
