Disappointing Experience with Front Office Staff
Unfortunately, my experience with the Front Office staff, especially Mr. Dharmendra, was disappointing. When I requested the Sales department's contact number, he responded rudely by saying that they could not share the number. I then explained that I wanted to discuss a business proposal with the Sales team. Instead of assisting me, he simply said, "Call after 2 PM," and disconnected the call while I was still speaking.
I called again, and another staff member answered politely. However, when I requested the Sales contact, I could clearly hear Mr. Dharmendra and a female staff member in the background loudly instructing the person on the call to tell me that the number could not be shared and that I should call after 2 PM.
As someone trying to establish a business relationship, this was an unprofessional and unpleasant experience. I understand that hotels may have policies regarding sharing contact details, but the manner in which guests or potential business partners are treated is equally important.
I sincerely request the General Manager of Kamat Inn Hotel, Patna to look into this matter and ensure that front office staff communicate with callers in a more courteous and professional manner. A polite response and proper guidance can make a significant difference.

Lift is their but after you take stairs for ½ a floor, it drops you at landing of stairs and not at the exact floor. You arent that young, well then its a big red flag
The wash room is elevated significantly from room level again thats one thing not only you but your knees would surely complain
The indicators on Geyser, empty sockets on switch borade are all naked which do raise eye brows.
Rooms looks good but, bed side table on one side is absent, walls with damp, AC at one corner so it needs really to be pushed hard to make the room cooler. There were gap in door frames too.
It looked bit understaffed... Waiters and Attendants..
In a room with 2 guest you get glass and cup for 1 ( well you can ask for one more but)
Its not that they miss on one thing but just that they are just there more for ticking boxes rather than creating an experience.

Not a place to recommend
Not a place to stay any more .
They will not even inform you that they will not serve food .
Every time the bathroom key gets locked .
The flush do not work .
And hotel do not care
I had recommended this place to others and they have same feedback.
I have come back after 1.5 years and found it true
