Colourful rooms, pleasant stay and nice breakfast

Stay at Hotel span executive was beautiful and the breakfast was awesome.
Ambience of the room was romantic and pleasing. Very nice hotel.
Hotel staffs were very cordial in nature. The area nearby the hotel is posh and gives a brilliant feel.

Worst Stay Experience I have ever experienced, Rude employees and worst maintenance and worst facilities

One of the worst hotels I have stayed till now , receptionist does even have manners how to behave and handle customers, No proper facility of AC , no TV facility no Hot water facility, room full of cockroaches and dirty blankets . Never ever book this hotel it’s a waste of money ,

Worst experience

I wish i could give them half star because they dont deserve one whole star . Pls dont visit this hotel . Not worth spend 2k
They provide provide. Service of RS 300 and ask to pay 2000
Worst experienc till now
They keep their guest on waiting
They dont have manners to talk to their guest even the manager is too arrogant
Rooms are not clean
AC not working
Water not provided in room even after requesting them (no towel , bathroom mat)
Staff is too arrogant
Service is poor
Their attitude is at next level as if we are asking them to work for us for free
They know how to treat their guest
Pls “DONOT” visit this place guys

I was new to pune and stayed for three days

Hotel rooms and amenities are good. But location little outer and even auto person does not know the hotel name. I struggled like anything to reach from J W marriott hotel infact I was cheated by the auto person, luckily another auto person helped me to reach that hotel after inquiring many persons and making more round here and there. Instead of 40 Rs I paid 100 Rs by wasting more than 1 hour. Morning only restaurant, other times remains closed. Reception person not helped me to arrange auto or taxi. Simply they told that we dont have any number and go to the main road you can get. I was struggled like anything to find auto and also demanding more money. So except room other service very very poor. I paid around 5000 Rs that also not reasonable.

Rooms are good but the services are truly poor

The isolated place to reach, but rooms are good. But the wifi, tv nothing works properly. Even the phone network has issues in the rooms. The service may take up to one hour of waiting. Front desk is semi professional.
