This place will let you down
Booked a room online on 01 Jan. They refused to honour the booking. The person at reception informed that no room was available. He then wanted to know how much money has been paid for online booking. And then went to check with the owner. He kept making contradictory statements from claiming that no room was
available to blaming the online booking site.Eventually I left the place and spoke to the concerned online booking helpline for refund.The attitude of the hotel staff was disgusting.The whole experience was most unpleasant.
