Stay in Raipur

Good hotel clean room very friendly staff good food but less variety house keeping staf was excellent only it is little far away from main city

This is a very bad hotel. The food was also very bad and tasteless. The owner's behavior is very bad and no proper servi

This is a very bad hotel. The food was also very bad and tasteless. The owner's behavior is very bad and no proper service is provided by the staff. To provide a solution to any problem or complaint, they are asked to vacate the hotel. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here.

Value for money hotel

We have stayed for a night in Executive Rooms which was located at 4th Floor and rooms were clean and comfortable. Buffet Breakfast is available with limited choice but overall it was good. Smooth check in and check out. Banks and shopping malls were at walking distance.

Need to improve ur quality

My over all experience was good food quality was ok. Staff was good. Food knowledge was poor. I feel very bad at tym of check out i stat there for 1 night on 15th check in 16th check out. They charged me 10% service charge as i dint give tip to them. Both in room service and restaurant. I dint order in room then also.
I will never visit again in this hotel.

Dishonest people

I left my jacket in the wardrobe, upon realizing the next day, I contacted the hotel and they simply denied it, I asked them to connect me to their manager, which they never did. I asked them to check the CC TV footage also, they denied having found any. for all this, I called them several times, but not received a single call from their side.
Beware of such hotels.
