Budget and Peaceful stay for Family

The location is just 5mins walk from the Ranchi Railway Station. It is open 24x7. The staff are well mannered. They have a variety of rooms. The executive rooms are perfect for family. The rooms are huge with a small fridge. There is a huge space inside the room. Bathrooms are clean. Lift facility is there. Service is good and prompt. Thry also have a inhouse restaurant with variety of cuisines. Indian Chinese South Indian. Breakfast buffet is worth trying. Food quality and quantity are ok. Room rate varies from 1000-3000.

A LITTLE OVERPRICED IN COMPARISON TO ITS PEERS

Its not Beena Hotel rather its “Hotel Beena Inn". Its seems all the staffs have been changed for some reason. Whenever I have some work in Ranchi I prefer staying in this hotel. Previous staffs allowed some discounts for regular guests like me but the new ones have too many excuses. I prefer this destination because of a small parking place to park my Harley. However things have changed a lot now a days. The room I used to pay 999 is now 1200+tax. And deluxe room single occupancy charged 1500+tax and double occupancy 500 extra. If you gulp this price they wont change it. If you object and request they may give a discount of 200 on double occupancy. Still it would be in higher side. Better book from goibibo and you will get cheaper price (almost a difference of 500). Food options are good and I have no issues with that. Now complimentary water bottles have been discounted too. So go on your best judgment.

Bad manners of staffs, managers & owner

Lack of facilities, random load shedding, no back up generators, 3rd class management, lift was not working properly, AC's are old models, towels are old & dirty. I didn't suggest anybody to go there. There are lots of good budget hotels in Ranchi as compare to Beena.

Budget hotel - expect no more

The hotel is mins away from the railway station and i think this is the only USP they have. Food is sub-optimal quality. Rooms are very average. Guess itna paise mein itna hi milega is apt for this place. Nevertheless, good hotel if you are travelling alone and on a tight budget.

Nice Service and value for money

Service was very good. food was fantastic. Good infrastructure . its near railway station . they provided pick and drop service free of cost on our request to railway station . Having free wifi in room was a nice facility to have.
