The hotel needs a total renovation its pool is dangerously and dirty. Green water and broken all around the edges. Not fit for use. The rooms are dated stained walls and furniture the bathrooms are rusty and walls are falling down in places. It needs closing.

Worst Hotel Ever!!! AVOID!!!!
We arrived at the hotel and checked in and got into the lift to a weird smell of rotting fish, when we got to our room on the 2nd floor we found the door didn’t close properly or lock. Further looking around the room we realised there was stains all over our beds which one actually looked to be human faeces, the shower was caked in mould, the bathroom walls and bathtub all covered in mould and rust, shower curtain stained yellow. No depository safe located in the room when stated on our booking we would have one. Rubbish left in the drawers of our room. When we went down to the front desk to ask for a new room, we were told we weren’t able to have a new room as the hotel was full and that they would send housekeeping up immediately to clean it for us. So we left it as that but when we got back into our room the bedsheets and pillow cases still had marks all over them, the bathroom was still full of mould!!! They had most likely just mopped the floor with bleach to make it smell nice. So we went back down again and told the lady on the front desk that we need to be moved, we were told there is nothing they can do as they are full, no help at all, not even a sorry for what we had been through after 33 hours of travelling to get here. Eventually we ended up having to move to a different hotel out of our own pockets and currently battling trying to get reimbursed for money we paid for such a terrible room and service we experienced. Also to add the pool and the area around it is also disputing mould and algae all around the path and the sunbeds are broken!

Very poorly maintained hotel. Do NOT recommend.
Do not recommend this hotel. Very poorly maintained hotel. Rats in ceiling. No hot water and hardly any water comes out of the tapes and shower. Couch and other soft furnishings stained, dirty, mouldy and torn. Also on very noisy road which made it difficult to sleep.

Hotel was abit out of the way and nothing much was nearby. Hotel lobby looks okay but this is only from the outside, when entering the room, it was obvious that it lacks maintenance as the walls wear dirty. The toilet door couldn't close and the door to the balcony had a gap so hot air kept leaking in which cause our room to remain hot despite blasting the aircon. Informed staff multiple times and their response was to send someone to check it out, but the issue wasn't fix throughout our visit. Our room was facing the road as well and it was very noisy as sound was leaking through the balcony door gaps. The hotel pool was also dirty but we didn't have any plans to use it anyway. I feel this hotel needs a major revamp even though it is listed as a 4 star hotel. One the bright side the prices were one of the more reasonable ones in the area if you have a lower budget.

Towel had stains, bathroom was in shambles in terms of fitting and cleanliness (extreme hard water marks), water was unreliable, sofa and chair had stains
