Hotel in the city centre
Location of the hotel near where you go to mall tinggl crossing to pvj. The staff is friendly.

Family Staycation - Good stay but disappointed about the pool
A family staycation and booked two rooms. One of the rooms unfortunately had no outside view., but overall the rooms were clean and well maintained with good facilities. There was a minor accident, a lamp fall in front of the room.
The breakfast was good and the location is great, very close to PVJ Mal.
However, we were disappointed because there was no prior notice on Agoda that the swimming pool would be closed due to Olympic event. We choose this hotel because of its pool, so finding out only after arrival was really frustrating .
Overall, a pleasant stay but the lack of information about the pool affected our experience.
The breakfast was good and the location is great, very close to PVJ Mal.

Comfortable hotel used to be
I stayed on November 13, 2025 in a superior room type, here is my review:
1. Location
Location is right in front of PVJ, around the hotel many mini markets and food vendors. But love's going to this hotel is a pretty clogged road especially at the office or weekend. So be patient.
2. Facilities
Facilities in my opinion are pretty good, because there is a swimming pool but if there are events often closed. So if you're planning on staying there and want to use a swimming pool try confirming to the hotel if there's an event on the destination date. There's a very bad wifi connection. Honestly, I'm a customer of this hotel from 2015, either family or office friends I directed to stay in this hotel. But now I think it's as low as a wifi connection. There was a meeting room that I used to try to book for my intended meeting but I thought over again.
3. Bed room
My room got a new room, I think getting smaller. It was the first time I stayed in this hotel, which I liked because the room was large and spacious. Now since the renovation the room has been made small. Make the prayer a little narrow now. The cleanliness of the room is pretty well awake. TV can watch Netflix. This hotel is not a Greenhotel hotel, so it still uses a bottle of water, unlike an environmentally friendly hotel that already uses a jar for refilling. For the AC there was a problem because the lowest temperature was only at 22°, I was able to complain to the receptionist below, and the technician came after 30 minutes more. It's also not straightforward, they confirmed again down earlier he said. Then 30 minutes later came again, and finally the problem settled.
The bathroom's pretty well awake, the problem is the water in the wastafef doesn't come out. I noticed other guest reviews as well. I've been lazy complaining because Cape wants a break, seeing the AC technician come just takes a total of 1 hour. So I let it go. The hotel's lack of care.
4. Service
Well, here's what makes me love a second grade because of the attitude of her FO manager Celin/Selin. Because he's the only employee who doesn't use a name tag. Not giving an example to his men. So when I came to check in, there was only him at FO. From the beginning it was juteous and without a smile and saying it was unfriendly he processed our check in. As FO manager he should be a good example to your men. My family also has that hospitality, should apply hospitality and greetings. You guys in the service sector, the guests who pay for your hotel stay are not asking for free, but you're acting like I'm asking for free rooms. Just this time I stayed several times at the hotel De Java can zonk the service. I'm asking you I'm asking for a room that's smart TV. You said all the rooms here are not smart TV. Only in the executive room, you seem like as FO Manager do not understand the state of your hotel room? I've been staying in your hotel several times until the end of December 2024, each room can watch Netflix or YouTube. FO manager's know-how is fine for the room. No longer friendly, bad attitude and not knowing what's going on replacing his FO manager with an old mangement again. Not being a good example to his men, rather destroying the old De Java hotel. Oh yeah, there's a new policy in this hotel. Celine says this deposit room is 300rb/room and the deposit signature is incredible. There's three rich sheets to sign a big contract.
Recommendation: NO. Honestly, I came to the Java hotel for a survey and checked again whether the room and meeting room could be used by the end of the year and next year's meetings by my agency. But I am happy to cut this hotel out of my list. And I won't recommend central and blood partners for this hotel as long as it's still FO Manager Celine/Selin.

Experience staying in de java
Room ok unless wifi is not strong signal.
The rest is ok. Room clean and neat.
