very good location, most cozy rooms I've seen in Sardinia B&Bs
excellent interior design, colorful and lively;
good location, close to supermercato and pretty close to the old center
smoking is not permitted within the apartment (not on the balcony)

AWFUL EXPERIENCE
My partner and I stayed at this facility, and unfortunately, the problems started almost immediately. Due to the heat, we turned on the air conditioner, which after a few minutes began to leak water. We tried to contact management to report the problem, but we were completely ignored.
After going out for dinner, we returned hoping to at least spend a quiet night. Unfortunately, it was impossible.
The air conditioner is positioned on the wall directly opposite the bed, with the airflow directed towards the person sleeping. We tried in every way to make the situation more bearable: raising the directional fins, decreasing the fan power, and changing the settings. Nothing to be done.
The night turned into a real nightmare. Sleeping peacefully was practically impossible, and I woke up with a severe sore throat.
At that point, we tried turning off the air conditioning and opening the windows, but this solution also proved impractical: the heat made it impossible to rest, and the constant noise from the seagulls outside definitely worsened an already disastrous situation.
The result? At 5 in the morning, tired, exasperated, and after a practically sleepless night, we decided to leave the room and head straight home.
I believe that the fact we preferred to leave a place at 5 in the morning and face the journey back rather than spend a few more hours there says it all about the quality of our experience.
A stay that was supposed to be a moment of relaxation turned into a night to forget. To make matters worse, the inability to receive assistance when we tried to report the problem.
Personally, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Extremely negative experience and stay in Alghero completely ruined. This is certainly not the level of hospitality and attention to the customer that one expects when paying to spend a night away from home.
Never again.
