Kind front desk.

I really recommend the very helpful front desk staff and the adjoining restaurant.
The rooms are very reasonable but the staff are really nice.
The restaurant is delicious and free parking is available in front of the hotel, which is the best in cospa.
Travelling in Italy is difficult due to the recent strong euro and inflation, but I recommend it.

Passing lunch

We happen for lunch, unconvincing reception, empty room. Spaghetti garlic oil chilli good, capocollo no big deal. Quick service, more than fair prices.

Save those who can

Really painful hotel, IMPRESENTABLE cuisine, rooms even more, customer care equal to 0.
You feel treated like you're in a dorm.
Amorphous staff, from first to last.
I highly recommend this place.
The hotel would need to be completely razed and then retired up.
SUPER BAD breakfast, except when there are fairs in Bologna, on that occasion the breakfast becomes “acceptable”, but far from the 10 € they require for breakfast each

A room with a bad smell of smoke

Negative experience opening triple room an unpleasant smell of smoke from not being able to stay inside there were no other rooms available we ventilated the room and slept with the window open I do not understand why the maids have plans not year done the same thing for the rest all in the normal

An extremely disappointing fallback stay

Meanwhile, the restaurant was missing two first courses and a few seconds. We also asked explicitly to take only the first, yet they charged us the full price, despite having eaten half the dinner menu, without taking second and side dish. We were charged for the drink (a zero coke) as an extra, we were also told that you could order à la carte, yet we were not given a menu with price lists, but only the full meal. Also the restaurant staff were unpleasant, not having liked me to go on my own to pick up the menu after we had been ignored for quite some time. The breakfast was very poor, the lady from the bar did not know what a latte coffee was, and the cups were given to us at the counter and we had to retrieve them by hand.
