Excellent experience
Owner very helpful and kind, clean and comfortable room.
Breakfast included, parking is easily found.

Bad stay
Extremely disappointing I don't understand how other customers gave it positive reviews. As soon as we arrived we found an old structure, building that I'm there ', if it was maintained well but zero maintenance, smelly pillows, used linen, towels two shower towel, a face for two and bidet non-existent, as for breakfast did not reflect the photos on the site, air conditioning intermittently, hot water with a prayer perhaps would arrive. I could write for hours but I don't waste more time I just say bad experience not recommended.

Negative Experience
It simply doesn't offer any type of service, on various sites they show room cleaning, in the photos it shows beautiful rooms and complete breakfasts, in reality the rooms and bathroom are not clean, the breakfasts are limited to bagged food

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!
HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!! Don't be fooled by the nice reviews, be careful, the images are misleading, especially when it comes to breakfast and all the services indicated above..
I stayed 3 nights with my boyfriend from 9 to 12 February 2024, letting myself be fooled by the nice reviews; the structure appears old and shabby and needs to be completely renovated; the floor tiles in the room are completely broken, in fact they lifted on their own and I asked to hurt myself several times; The walls with large cracks and the paint ruined for years, the furniture old and worn; the blankets with holes and the very low level of cleanliness and hygiene...
The bathroom is shared and is located after the breakfast room, privacy 0. And it was also never cleaned
Bath:
The bathroom is very old and very dirty with mold stains on the roof which I will show through the photos; the shower wasn't even third world, full of rust and dirty.. on the edge of the tub instead there were 3 bottles of bubble bath open and almost at the end..
Room:
Uncomfortable bed with visibly old mattress. Soft and stained pillow. The large mirror, on the other hand, apparently seemed clean but it was enough to move it to raise tons of dust. Furthermore, among the services indicated above the entry that speaks of daily room cleaning is mentioned, in reality no one ever entered... the windows don't close and the humidity level is very high.

The really fun part is the breakfast, from the photos I had seen before booking the stay, it showed a vast choice... in reality it is deceptive, the breakfast is based on classic Nutella waffles and jam and rusks and packaged snacks. tea and coffee... in the fridge instead there was yogurt and Kinder milk slice (expired) bottles of fruit juice and milk already opened for who knows how long and almost finished... apart from the things indicated there was nothing else, breakfast with snacks packaged I would prefer to do it at home and not in a B&B paying 60 euros per night.. every morning, in fact, we were forced to have breakfast at the bar without taking advantage of the breakfast included in the price..
Staff:
The owner appears very nice and kind (all appearance) in reality very arrogant and superficial, apart from some advice on the first day on what to do in Catania, she disappeared completely and didn't even ask herself the problem of knowing why we never did breakfast .. It doesn't even deserve one star, the cost is too high for what it really offers..

Dream Catania
Everything was very well looked after, the rooms were in the style of a B&B, the breakfast area and the relaxation area.
Very kind and helpful owner.
In the area there is a supermarket, a brewery and the area is well served by public transport.
In a few minutes even on foot you immediately find yourself on Via Etnea...
