No longer 4 stars

The structure now dated, shows signs of the past, which in my humble opinion no longer make it a 4 star. In rooms where there are old furniture, even the cleanliness is not impeccable. The food was very good and the staff was friendly and helpful. Congratulations to Mr. Max.
The potential is there, but great extraordinary maintenance and extra attention to room cleanliness could make all the difference.

Not recommended

Terrible experience. The facility is dated and the prices are sky-high. Not to mention the food, decidedly mediocre and well below expectations. Disappointing value for money: absolutely not recommended

Surreal experience

Terrible experience at the pool; first of all, at the beginning of the season, it is absurd to find the pool so dirty, full of gnats and dirt at the bottom from the surrounding trees, not to mention that the facility is in terrible condition, very old, and above all, abandoned to itself. The staff is completely absent, no one to welcome you, a lifeguard who spends all the time sitting with his phone doing nothing. Then they told us that for lunch we could choose from three options: dining at the restaurant, three snacks by the pool, or some rolls by the pool. For convenience, we chose the rolls. The truly worst choice; a boy arrives on a scooter to bring the sandwiches to the pool in green plastic bags and calls us from afar by our last name, leaving the sandwiches on plastic tables, which are also dirty, so inside the bag, we open them and just by looking at them, the bread is clearly from the day before. To hide this issue with the bread, they even toasted it, while the cold cuts were truly subpar. I leave it to your imagination what kind of day we had. I recommend completely changing management. Have a good day!

Very bad

They did me 300 euros of damage for Women's Day stealing the BMW x3 bumper caps and breaking the nozzles of the headlight washers, the secretary told me there was nothing we could do, if you pass the hand for conscience and they refund me I will write it,

NO!

Room looked like a storage unit for cleaners built to be an extra room. A wardrobe with a lot of mess and outdated items, mould on walls, cracked paint all over, two plugs only, stains on the wall. Apart from the bad rooms, no food available or no open caftsria.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
