Post concert
The room is simple but neat and clean. It is spacious, with a double bed and a single bed, a wooden wardrobe, a coffee table and a TV. The room is air conditioned with the drain pipe entering the shower. The bathroom has a shower with shower. On the ceiling you can see the exposed beams with bricks and the tiles used as ceiling lights are very beautiful. On the landing there is a fridge and a coffee machine. The pods are located in every room available to customers.
The staff is very courteous and polite. Breakfast consists mainly of tasty treats, juices, yogurt and cereals. Coffee is requested directly from the staff.
Outside the property there is gravel parking and a large garden with some armchairs and tables. The only thing I did not like very much is the neglect of the garden that should be enhanced more.

Comfortable rooms with communal kitchen and lounge
The good thing is that there is a communal kitchen you can use (and fridges for guests), so you can avoid always eating in resturants. It is about 10 minutes walk to some locao shops on Via Ravegnana, there is a pizzaria 5 minutes walk away, and it is only about 30 mins walk to Piazza della Libertá in the centre of Faenza.
We were working at CNR-ISTEC, and this is about 15 minutes walk from there as well. We were there in winter, but it also has a nice garden with seats as well.
Just two words of advice - the road is VERY busy, dangeorous for kids and pets, and noisy too. And the lounge and kitchen would be very small and busy of the hotek was full.

.. accoglienza perfetta... Gentilezza.... stile e una grande anima.... Prenotazione no booking ma al telefono il luogo è perfetto e torneremo anche nella altra struttura vicino alla Stazione
