Posizione fantastica

Appartamento appena ristrutturato, tutto nuovo. Posizione ideale proprio sulla spiaggia. Dalla ampia finestra del soggiorno si vede il mare col sole che tramonta nell'acqua. Prezzo ottimo per il posto. Abbiamo un bilocale e uso del cortile comune. Tutto molto pulito e funzionale.

Terrible vacation, terrible agency

I booked my vacation in Elba 3 days before my arrival. I paid for the entire vacation at the time of booking (4200.00). The agency had proposed a recently renovated three-room apartment (Elbamar procchio) that would have been perfect for my family. 3 teenage children for an apartment with 2 double bedrooms, a sofa bed, and 2 bathrooms seemed ideal to me. Too bad that upon my arrival the surprises began: the apartment, located on the raised ground floor of a complex I believe dating back to the 60s, only had a new entrance door and partially new bathrooms. The service bathroom shower was completely unusable due to the drain that wouldn't drain and caused flooding in the bathroom; the same drain trap continuously emitted a sewer smell, so much so that it made the air unbreathable throughout the house. On the fifth day the living area air conditioner stopped working, the outdoor shower was completely unusable due to a climbing plant with thorns that covered it, on the seventh day a colony of ants infiltrated through the windows (old, if they had been new it wouldn't have happened) nesting in the linens that were on the chair underneath, the air conditioner motor that was above the entrance door dripped so much that it didn't allow you to stand in the doorway, the microwave and the refrigerator were filthy (but the agency requires 100 euros for kitchen cleaning), the closets had an inch of dust... I could go on, but I am attaching photos that will make you understand that I am not making anything up. The agency always responded, but being prompt is useless; the house should have been presented in decent conditions already, so for months it was just a joke, so much so that I will take legal action against the Tesi Viaggi agency. A piece of advice: rely on a private individual instead, but NOT on TESI VIAGGI

Bad.

Bad experience, to forget. The apartment is in a beautiful location by the sea, but the exterior structure is old and noisy: you can hear every little noise, from the people above us in the bathroom to the chairs dragged back and forth. Inside the situation does not improve: widespread dirt, poor maintenance and details let go. The bathroom window could not be opened because it gave directly onto the trash cans, with an unbearable smell. Dirty bathroom with fouling and mold in the shower. As if that wasn't enough, the cleaning lady, Katia, proved rude and rude: at 8.30 am she literally threw us out of the house and even had the courage to call us to complain about the dirt of the bathroom baskets and threatening to charge us the costs. A stay ruined by the carelessness and attitude of the staff. Not recommended

Süsse Ferienwohnung, top Preis-Leistung

Kleine, süsse Ferienwohnung in wenigen Gehminuten zum Meer. Tolle Lage mit diversen Restaurants und kleinen Shops in der Nähe. Schlüsselübergabe war einfach und unkompliziert. Abwaschmittel und Utensilien waren nicht vorhanden. Sonstige Küchenausstattung war ausreichend.

Facciamoci il letto da soli c'è il covid

Arriviamo e ci consegnano i lenzuoli ''sa col covid non possiamo farli noi'' ma non esiste! Io arrivo i letti devono essere fatti. Ti metti i guanti! Oggi, a fine settimana, ci hanno consegnato un saccone per mettere quelli sporchi e quelli puliti da capo li hanno dati da mettere. Wi fi con qualche problema. Positiva la vicinanza al mare e il parcheggio gratuito
