The views from the terrace are a standout here and that it what you're paying for as the rest of the hotel reflects its 2 star rating. The room was very comfortable and serviced daily. The staff are friendly in the main but breakfast is poor. Its quality is inconsistent, depending on the member of staff on duty. There didn't seem to be any attention to ensure that tables were laid, coffee offered, juice refilled or food restocked meaning we had to ask for things each morning, often to be met with a begrudging look from tbe young staff member.

Amazing view in the heart of Ravello. It's a bit of a walk but worth it for breathtaking views.

Exhausting experience

Her er en mere naturlig og letlæselig version på engelsk:
The hotel is beautifully located and offers a stunning view. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.
The room is so small that it’s almost impossible to open your suitcase without tripping over it. Even when it’s closed, the suitcase is constantly in the way.
Getting to the hotel is also a challenge. You have to climb more than 100 large steps from the town center, as cars cannot reach the hotel directly. It’s an exhausting walk, whether it’s 15°C or 38°C.
Booking.com and Hotels.com should make this much clearer before guests book, rather than only mentioning it afterward.
If you’re traveling from Salerno or Naples, expect to pay around €180–200 for a taxi each way. On top of that, the hotel charges €20 to transport your luggage up to the property.
Finally, the breakfast is extremely basic, offering only the absolute minimum selection.

Gorgeous hotel with amazing views

Gorgeous little hotel. The staff were so helpful and polite. Nothing too much trouble. Helped us up with our luggage as the steps were pretty steep. Prosecco and apperol spritz were reasonably priced and very good. Hotel room was really clean and spacious. Amazing views from the patio. Would definitely come back.
Only down fall was the breakfast. Not a lot of choice and when things ran out they weren’t replaced so one morning only cereal left to eat and eggs that had been left out for some time.
