Room is very close to station , Roma termini ,
Initially we went to the other sub branch of Palma residence , but we were reguided to our appartment ,
Rooms are small , but clean ,
They have kettle utensils, u can prepare coffee in the morning ,
Beds are small , smaller than king size , but closeness to the station morphs all deficiencies .
Would recommend if u are budget traveller

Disgusting shower and rude staff

The shower in our room when we first walked in was DISGUSTING. See the photos. I took the photos straight away and went down to the reception and asked (nicely) if they could please come and clean it. A very rude worker then made us walk with him up to our room, made us stand in the bathroom with him, for him to then point to the shower and say “there is no problem” and that the shower couldn’t be cleaned. He was quite rude. Then he left. I then made a complaint through booking.com and they contacted the property on our behalf. The next day the manager came and knocked on our room door and apologised and asked if somebody could come in and clean the shower. We of course said yes, and when we returned to the room later that day and the shower was perfectly clean. They additionally offered us a room change , which we said no thank you as we had already unpacked our bags and the shower was now clean! It took until the next day for somebody to clean the disgusting shower!! It would have been great if they cleaned it as soon as I asked after check in !!

Quite good

The hotel is close to the main train station.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were accommodated in the Serendipity area. Everything here seems to have been quite newly renovated. Room large and ok clean.
The water needs something to warm up. And yes, you can really hear every sound of the neighbors. Everything is extremely clairvoyant. That's why don't forget earplugs.
But for the location and price you can not complain and can recommend the hotel for a short stay.

Water in room

Good location but horrible place to stay. Shower door doesn't close so you have to hold the door with one hand and shower with the other, otherwise, water spills out yhe bathroom door into the floor out. The bathroom is too tight to move around.
The room is super ancient so bette not except anything upgraded.
Also, the receptionist is not pleasant to deal with, so difficult to communicate with.

SCAM

A SCAM. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels and I never leave negative reviews — this is the first time something like this has happened. They try to squeeze money out of you with any excuse.
I was accused of breaking the toilet seat and forced to pay for it. Sure, it broke — but I did absolutely nothing unusual, I simply sat on it.
Customers should not be expected to pay for normal wear and tear of room facilities. On top of that, the place is very dirty. With all the accommodation options available in Rome, choose somewhere else.
