substandard

room not comfortable: double bed with single and uncomfortable mattresses, soap bathrooms in poor dispensers, fridge not so cold, cleaning and towel change is done only if you exceed 3 days of stay, breakfast was just coffee 'to make you with pods

For one night is more than fine..

The property is located 1 km from the station, 200 MT from the center of Terni , in a building on the second floor without elevator. Automated check-in, simple room with fridge and air conditioning. Bathroom with shower. Only note mattresses to review (too drained) Fair price ( 54€ per night )

Seedy, dilapidated and not as described

Booked this place on booking.com as a hotel stay for my daughter and me. It is on the second floor of a residential building with no lift. We arrived to find no one on the small reception desk, nor did anyone answer the contact number supplied. There was a broken and dripping aircon unit in the small reception area and visible damage to door frames of the rooms. It was dislocated and seedy. I was charged as a no show, even though I did show . Disgusting .
