Customer King - not here

Unfortunately, the hotel makes you feel anything but welcome. There is neither on arrival nor on departure a nice word .
One is monitored at breakfast , by the senior owners the entrance area is strictly controlled , quite curious situation.
Complaints are not accepted, rather one is laughed at by the owner.
I will gladly spend the hard-earned money in the future at customer-oriented hostels in the village.
Washing machine for the bike swallows a proud 1€, but you only get a few minutes a poor water jet - so nothing .
Mattresses pretty hard .
Breakfast and cleanliness of the rooms are however perfectly fine , parking situation ok
Hotel can impress with location, but not with hotel management and modern rooms .

positive surprise at Lake Garda

short-decided we could take time off for a Garda week and found what we were looking for here. After we were immobile after a car breakdown, we especially liked the location, the beach and many good restaurants are nearby. Rooms are compact but well equipped, and breakfast is very good.

A pleasant surprise.

We stayed only one night in this hotel n triple room, returning from our holidays in the Dolomites.
A stop on the beautiful Lake Garda is a must.
Hotel that impressed us with the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. Very nice and well maintained pool, in a great location, close to the lake.
Breakfast with a good choice of products and in line with the level of the hotel.
Friendly and efficient staff.
Parking space, a little accurate, but at least there is and around here in this period is not insignificant.
