Located in Torbole, 400 metres from the shores of Lake Garda, Residence Maroadi was opened in 2011. It offers a pool with a sun terrace, and modern self-catering apartments with a large balcony. Wi-Fi is free throughout.

Reliable and well-run apartments in a good location

We've stayed at Residence Maroadi three times since 2020 for kids' windsurfing competitions, and have found it a really well run establishment in every respect. They are responsive on email and do their best to accommodate slightly complicated arrangements ('wrong' check-in day, group size fluctuating, late arrival time, etc). The apartments are large and the AC is effective (essential in summer). The kitchens are well equipped (though no oven, only a hob). They have large balconies. You get a parking space in the basement which is large enough for a campervan (as long as no taller than 2m). There is a communal washing machine and dryer (EUR 5 per load). They operate an office on site for a couple of hours each morning for any troubleshooting (otherwise you go down to the main office at the campground 10 mins walk away). The location is equidistant from Lidl to the west and Co-op to the east, so shopping trips are straightforward. It's set back from the busy lakeshore and the main road, so is relatively quiet. Overall just a nice family-owned business and we've never considered staying anywhere else in Torbole.

Great location

Residence Maroadi is in a great location with so many activities close by . The apartments are modern with very comfortable beds , everything is spotless and the pool area is great for families . There are loads of wonderful restaurants to choose from , you’re sure to have a great holiday

Grear spot for food and sport (windsurfing / sailing)

Lovely place - just a short walk (500m) from the main watersports centers (windsurfing, sailing, cats, and kayaks). Residence is clean and very functional and not too big. Pool is in sight of every apartment. The town is just a delight - we stayed for 1 week and then went onto the French alps for another week.... in retrospect, we wish had just stayed in Torbole.

Loved apartment and the pool

Spacious, clean and lovely apartment. All you need. Furnished, equipped and with an air-con. Beautiful swimming pool and lovely views of the lake Garda from the balcony. Would certainly go there again and would recommend it to friends and family.
We went there back in July 2013 but still have very fond memories of the place

Good appartment

The location of the appartment is in the center of Torbole. The windsurf rental at the Garda Lake is a 5 minutes walk. You can park your car in the parking garage at the apartment residence.
The apartment has a very good price for what you get. It's clean en the beds are fine.
You have to bring (or buy) your own dish washing stuff and tea towel.
