The Best place!Felt like home
Discover this place because is in Front of a Ca'Foncello Hospital.
Stayed few days because my daughter had An operation.The staff Marica so helpful and Extremely professional.
The owner Franco and his son that made one of the Best pizza I ever ate. And finally very helpful..late at night they came and rescued Us at the airport late at night!
We will go back!!

No receptionist
Visited Treviso and stayed at Hotel Flama for just one day. The hotel is only a twenty minute walk to Treviso City Center. The hotel room was spacious and clean. However we had no WiFi connection in the room as WiFi was only available in the reception area. For dinner, we decided to treat ourselves at the hotel restaurant. To our disappointment we were told that most of the items on the menu were unavailable and were only limited to a choice of pizza, salads and sandwiches. After dinner we had a chat with the receptionist who in all probability was the owner or manager of the hotel. As we were meant to leave early in the morning, we had asked for an early breakfast which he told us it was not possible as we were leaving too early (7.00am). He however promised to have some coffee ready before we leave.
On our departure from the hotel, there was no one at the reception let alone the coffee which was to be offered instead of our pre-paid breakfast. To our surprise, the reception desk was unattended. This was definitely unacceptable.

Owner needs to go on a customer care course
Arrived in Treviso on a cold rainy misarable evening but did not let that dampen our spirits. Taxi driver recommended this hotel to us. Number 6 bus from right outside the airport to Treviso 1Euro.. Taxi 15 Euro's a bit of a difference. Owner of the hotel a bit of a tirent and cared more about getting your money than his clientelle's well being a few of us commented that way.
One lady was feeling a little ill needed a hot drink at around 10pm he said no closed everything here closed (meaning the hotel) but go to cafe' and buy. Yes 2Euro's for a small cup of tea oh by the way he owned the cafe' next door which he was eager for us to use.
A kettle in the room would have been nice the only drink included was in the price of the room at breakfast and I use the word breakfast very very loosley. It consisted of a few dry slices of bread, a few pastries/cakes and looked like 3/4 day old fruit. Nothing cooked to eat, no cereal, as there were a few of us eating more bread was asked for they were very reluctant in putting more bread out but eventually did. Not very obliging at all. Breakfast was from 7am to 9am at 9am on the dot tv went off they started to clear the table whilst we still sat finishing off eating. The other guests were looking at each other in disbelief so everyone left well pushed out we all made a joke about it in the lift on our way back to our rooms. We stayed there 3 days ate breakfast in town after that at a more slower and relaxed pace well we were on holiday. All in all the hotel is very clean handy for the buses into the city to the train station and airport at 1Euro a ticket which you can use for up to 75 mins from the time you validate it on the first leg of your journey. Shame that the owner with his dismisive unhelpful and abrupt attitude spoilt our stay. We begrudged paying him felt he did not deserve the amount he was charging for such poor service.
He was lucky that it rained heavily for the whole time day and night (well except for the day we left,) we were there as it stopped us from venturing too far to look for an alternative hotel.
Dispite this Treviso is well worth a visit, lovely place enjoyed our time there especially our day visit to Venice for our 2yrs aniversary.

Great hotel near to Treviso airport,Venice
After having had a hectic 3 days in Venice,we missed the flight home. A local taxi driver took us to the HOTEL FLAMA in Treviso,which was 10 mins away. We were given a suite on the top floor,which was fantastic, and we were only charged for the price of a standard room. We were made very, very welcome and made to feel as though our custom was appreciated . The hotel was clean,modern and only a ten minute walk into the lovely town of Treviso. It was a breath of fresh air, after the turmoil of Venice. We spent a day in the town,and to be honest , we enjoyed it more than Venice itself. Very scenic with lovely people.
If you get the chance, stop of in Treviso,and stay at the Hotel Flama. Its a lovely place.

Weekend veneto
Ho soggiornato una notte presso questo hotel a due passi dal centro di Treviso. La titolare molto simpatica e gentile, la camera essenziale ma pulita e accogliente. L’hotel dista 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Treviso ed è situato davanti all’ospedale. La colazione molto buona e varia. Consiglio
