Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. Please provide a valid email address as the property will contact guests after booking on instructions about check-in via email. Please note the owner lives on site. - The full amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in. - The property staff will hand the property key to the guest upon arrival and guests are expected to arrive on time. - Guests are required to return the property keys to the designated place upon check out. - There is no elevator and guests must walk up stairs to reach guest rooms. Guests will be required to carry their luggage up to their guest rooms. - Please note that this property is located on the 2nd floor of a common residence. Guests may experience noise and other minor disturbances during their stay. - Guests are asked to be considerate and lower their noise level between 22:00-07:00 (next day) as the property is located in a quiet residential area. - Please note, room decor and amenities may differ from photos. - An extra sofa bed can be provided in the living room at an additional charge. - Please note that toiletries in addition to those provided in guest rooms are not available.
