You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. You must inform the hotel in advance what time you plan to check in. If your check-in time changes, please update the hotel. A deposit via PayPal is required to secure guest reservations. The property will contact the guests after booking on instructions about payment. Guests must make the payment via PayPal within the instructed date. Take a JR bus from Karasuma Chuo Exit of JR Kyoto Station, and get off at Yamashiro Takao Bus Stop. Please call the hotel before getting on the bus, and the hotel staff will wait at the bus stop to escort you to the property. Dinner is served in a "Kawadoko" open-air dining area from June to September. Please note, dining options are not available within a walking distance from the property. Guests must place their menu orders by 18:30 to eat dinner on site. Managed by a private host
