Review of Savan Resort

The atmosphere at the hotel was great, with lots of people around. I didn't expect it to be so crowded. The reception staff, especially Mr. Winai and Mr. Josh, provided excellent service. They booked a taxi for us and recommended places to visit. Free breakfast was included. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends next time. The only minor issue was that the power kept going out. Overall, it was a great hotel!

FABULOUS amazing customer service, staff, exceeds all standards of satisfaction. AMAZING!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic. They took care of me without me expecting it. I was injured in the leg due to a motorcycle accident. I slept the first night and the next morning I wanted to go to the hospital for checkups. The hospital only opens at 13:00, they asked me if I wanted them to call the taxi for me. I said yes.
But it was much more than that.
Nurse Nguyen came to my room to treat the scratches and assess the situation. Accompanied by the hostess Bo who was doing the translation and a security guard (I do not have the name unfortunately). Afterwards, at 13:00 they all came back and took me not in a taxi but in the hotel minivan.
They stayed with me throughout the hospital medical process. X-ray, evaluation by ultrasound, and placement of a cast.
Among the amazing staff, there are also Vinaí, Muay and Harris who left me their contact to reach him in case of need and I needed it.
Also at the buffet lunch, the hostesses asked me what I wanted. I pointed them out and they put on plates and served at my table.
I chose this hotel because there was a swimming pool and I won’t even be able to use it. But what a good decision I made.

For several rounds, when yesterday found a bad air conditioning room, there was a problem with the room, all the staff were very pleasant, so thank you for the very nice service.❤️
