A very disappointing reality

I went to Rīga for the 4th time but it was the 1st time in this establishment. And on the spot I canceled my reservation, given the room offered, very different from the tempting photos: a small room, a very broken mattress, totally worn and rough faux satin sheets, a well-appointed bathroom ( dirt on the complaints, dusty and broken tiles), a low shower tray with a simple curtain which will obviously cause water to flow into the room... and so on.
It ultimately cost us 184 euros even though we didn't sleep there at all. Obviously the owner refused to reimburse us for even part of this cost.
Avoid, especially since the quality of hotels in Riga is generally quite good
